The evolution of income clearly shows a nearly uniform growth until 2008, at an annual rate of 20%.

The evolution of the workforce was parallel to the income evolution until 2008. During 2010, 2011 and 2012 downsizing very slightly, but have fully compensated for it in 2013.  It should be noted that the company’s production structure has not suffered significantly during the last years.

now,¬†clients require¬†services from technicians who¬†know, in-depth, how their production processes must be controlled, operated and supervised.¬†A clear opportunity to increase¬†added value for Zeus Control services.¬†Recruiting and training¬†technicians with specific knowledge in¬†certain processes took some years. By 2005 there were budding specialized¬†groups and thus¬†increased¬†added value per person during some years. The¬†chart below¬†shows continued growth in added value¬†per person between 2004 and 2008.¬†It can also be seen that during the last years¬†the added value per person has, with¬†some set-backs,¬†always been over 50,000 ‚ā¨ per person. In 2014 added value per person will be very close to¬†60,000 ‚ā¨.
