SIZE:¬†Steady growth during the¬†first eleven years of company activity. During the hard 2008-2012 period, company structure remained untouched.
SPECIALIZATION:¬†Highly specialized technicians in certain industries.
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE:¬†Activity has been gradually¬†internationalized, especially in recent years.

The¬†evolution of income clearly shows a nearly uniform growth until 2008, at an¬†annual¬†rate of 20%.
The evolution of the workforce was parallel to the income evolution until 2008. During¬†2010, 2011 and 2012 downsizing very slightly, but¬†have¬†fully compensated for it in 2013.¬†¬†It should be noted that¬†the company‚Äôs production structure¬†has not suffered significantly during the last years.
The idea of specialization emerged in the ¬†early years of the company. At that time, and even
now,¬†clients require¬†services from technicians who¬†know, in-depth, how their production processes must be controlled, operated and supervised.¬†A clear opportunity to increase¬†added value for Zeus Control services.¬†Recruiting and training¬†technicians with specific knowledge in¬†certain processes took some years. By 2005 there were budding specialized¬†groups and thus¬†increased¬†added value per person during some years. The¬†chart below¬†shows continued growth in added value¬†per person between 2004 and 2008.¬†It can also be seen that during the last years¬†the added value per person has, with¬†some set-backs,¬†always been over 50,000 ‚ā¨ per person. In 2014 added value per person will be very close to¬†60,000 ‚ā¨.
Zeus Control has the following work groups:
- Food processing &¬†Pharmacy.
- Energy generation.
- Cement production.
Company activity was initially in Spain.
Later it was gradually internationalized.
Currently over 40% of projects’ final¬†destinations are abroad.
Direct sales to foreign clients are over 10%.
