Zeus Control has developed its own batch manufacturing management systems: the “Lotes-ZC” application. In many production processes in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical or cosmetic industries, the final product is manufactured in planned quantities or batches. This manufacturing technique is known as batch production and for its automation Zeus Control has developed the “Lotes-ZC” application that manages the manufacturing design, the equipment control, the operator interaction and the data collection.
The “Lotes-ZC” application main features are:
- Independence of the control system used in the automation of the plant.
- No need for additional licenses.
- Developed according to the production process and client´s needs.
- Scalable in size so that it can grow with the development of the plant and add new optional tools: reporting, historical, audit trail, ERP connection, etc.
- Open source for the client.
