Client: Mahou-San Miguel. Period: 2013-2014.
Project description: Installation of communications network for signal acquisition in brewery bottling lines. OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculation
Zeus Control scope: design of control architecture, supply of programmed control system, FAT tests in Zeus Control workshop, on-site testing and on-site commissioning.
Economic valuation: 350.000 €
Technological resources: Siemens PLCs, Delta V Distributed Control System and Profinet/Profibus networks. Video system to show efficiency results.
